I have experience working in many different spa settings including Day Spas, Med Spas, Wellness Centers, Doctor offices, cruise ships, resorts and destination spas ! I have been an esthetician instructor for 10+ years focusing on skin care, waxing and spray tanning. I own and operate my own advanced education company, Go Bare Aesthetics and have 2 skin care clinics. One in Cleveland Ohio and one in Orlando Florida. Come take a class with me !

Owner of Bare Esthetics. Cait has been an esthetician for 10 years and specializes in Brazilian Waxing. She also holds her instructors license and teaches advanced Brazilian waxing. Outside of work you can find her hanging out with her three kids in the outdoors!

Brazilian waxing can seem intimidating, but it doesn't have to be! Maybe you recently graduated school and want more hands on training, or you already offer waxing but would like to add Brazilians to your services... whatever the reason may be, Caitlin is here to help!

Day 1 - Look and learn
Look - As a group you get to watch Caitlin perform three brazilian waxes using a unique technique. You’ll see different body types and hair structures. Learn - Proper disinfection, ingrown hairs and how to treat them, waxing contraindications, and more!

Day 2 - One on One
Each student will sign up for their designated time, and perform three brazilian waxes with Caitlin’s assistance!

Joy is the owner of Southern Roots Waxing & More in Waco, TX. 

After becoming a licensed Cosmetologist in 2008 and realizing hair wasn’t her thing she went to college and got an AA, BA and MA. 

Following that she did all her bucket list jobs before stumbling into waxing. She quickly learned how much she enjoyed talking to people and helping them boost confidence through waxing services and fell in love. She started waxing full time in 2017. In May 2019 she opened up her own business, Southern Roots Waxing & More in Visalia, CA. After opening her own location she had a baby before Covid and then moved to Texas in 2021. She kept her business open in CA and flew back once a month to service her dedicated clientele. She soon had another child and then after months of remodeling she moved into her first Texas location in May 2022. She then sold her CA location to focus on Texas and her young family. She is the ultimate extrovert and loves finding beauty in everyone. 

Joy has always been using Relax & Wax products for all services and has no plans to ever change that. The quality of the products and customer service are unmatched. I am dedicated to helping waxers everywhere to become the best they can be. Allowing more people to experience the joy of waxing. A bad wax turns people away for a lifetime while a good wax can change a life.

Hi, my name is Jessica, and waxing has been my passion for over 15 years. My journey into the beauty industry was anything but traditional. I decided to change paths later in life, earning my cosmetology license after realizing I wanted a career that was both creative and fulfilling. I didn’t attend a fancy school, but I worked hard, and that determination shaped the path I’m on today.

A year and half after graduating, I opened a full-service salon—biting off more than I could chew but gaining invaluable business lessons along the way. I only became interested in waxing after opening my first salon in California. At first, I couldn't understand why anyone would willingly go through such a service. But my curiosity led me to try it for myself, and after a particularly painful experience, I knew there had to be a better way, and I was going to find it!

I attended every trade show I could, tested countless products, and absorbed everything I could from industry educators. Some days were really tough, and I often questioned my technique and ability. But I stuck with it, and over time, my skills grew, my confidence soared, and so did my client base.

Today, I own two thriving waxing locations in Visalia, California, and The Colony, Texas, and also rent a space in Decatur, Texas. I’ve gone from anxious beginner to experienced professional, and now I want to share everything I’ve learned with you.
