Exfoliation is the key to a great wax. It is recommended that you exfoliate at least 3 times per week & always lightly exfoliate on the day of your waxing appointment. We recommended using our Relax & Wax Scrub 'Me' Luscious Body Scrub prior to your waxing appointment.

Dead skin build-up will not allow the hair to pop through the top layer of the skin. Exfoliating away dead skin will allow the hair to be above the surface level and easier for the wax to grab onto. Our scrub is water based and will not leave skin oily or greasy. Scrub'Me'Luscious is a great option to use prior to spray tans too !

Relax & Wax has developed a numbing cream that reduces the pain of waxing up to 80%. The active ingredient in our numbing cream is 20% benzocaine, which absorbs deeper and lasts longer than other numbing creams on the market.

No Trauma Momma! helps alleviate "trauma” to the skin associated with waxing. Our natural blend of botanicals will aid in healing the skin of irritation and inflammation while also increasing moisturization to treat dry or damaged skin. 

Calendula Extract: Extracted from Marigold flowers, Calendula has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiseptic properties. t has been used to treat dry or damaged skin, heal wounds, burns, eczema and other inflammatory skin conditions.

Tea Tree Oil: (Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil): An essential oil, Native to Australia, used for skin and wound healing by the Aborigines for centuries. t has natural anti-microbial properties to prevent skin infections.

Menthol: Offers a cooling sensation, used to treat mild itching and pain, and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Chondrus Crispus Extract: Marine-derived polysaccharide from Red algae also called Irish Moss. Improves overall aesthetics of formulation and is packed with vitamins and minerals which help maintain healthy skin.
