Where we ship from
Every order is packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in California, so most orders reach you quickly.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will get a tracking email as soon as your label is created.
Carriers we use
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Smaller orders typically ship USPS Priority Mail
- Larger and bulk orders typically ship UPS Ground
Shipping rates
Orders over $500 ship free within the United States only. All other orders use live USPS and UPS rates, shown at checkout before you pay.
Hot weather and wax
In warm months, wax can soften or melt inside carrier trucks. This does not affect quality. Keep the container upright and let it cool at room temperature before opening.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the box and products, and we will make it right.
